Riaz Capital Arts program
The Riaz Capital Arts program, the largest privately funded public art initiative in Oakland, commissions murals and other artworks from local artists for its new buildings. The initiative helps the residents feel energized and at home while giving back to the Oakland community by making the city look more beautiful.
